Cambridge University Athletic Club All-Time “Top 30″ Lists

For inclusion in these lists, an athlete must have been eligible to compete in the Varsity match of the academical year concerned. The performance must have been:

(i) in an internal CUAC competition

(ii) in a CUAC or Alverstone match, including UAU, BUSF or BUSA Championships

(iii) for a combined Oxford/Cambridge team (but not an Achilles team) in a match.

The data for this list were mainly compiled by Allan Malcolm in 1986-87, supplemented by Chris Thorne subsequently.  The rankings are correct to December 2007.

Please note that all lists except relays are ‘Best Performers’ lists and as such only one performance per individual is entered. The Relays lists are, contrastingly, ‘Best Performances’ lists - hence multiple performaces by the same team, even running the same order, will appear.
