During Term, there are three track/grass sessions per week that you will be expected to attend plus several more optional strength and conditioning sessions. Please email the Club President, Laura Duke, with general questions, lmd42@cam.ac.uk Specific questions should be addressed to the relevant squad leader - see here - for instance some technical training may not yet appear below - but this does not mean it isn’t happening!

Tuesday 3.00 - Javelin Session at the track
5.00 - Jumps Session at the track
Weights sessions in groups at pre-arranged times
Wednesday
3.00 - Grass Session at Churchill College fields (first rep 3.20)
Thursday
3.00 - High Jump training at the track
5.00 - Full Club Circuits (at Fenners)
Friday
REST
Saturday
1.00 - Full Club Track Session at the track
t.b.c. - Pole Vault at Lee Valley
Sunday (Technical sessions tbc via squad lists)
10.00 - Heavy Throws and Pole Vault at the track
Weight sessions in groups at pre-arranged times
