CUAC Training

During Term, there are three track/grass sessions per week that you will be expected to attend plus several more optional strength and conditioning sessions. Please email the Club President, Tom Wagner, with general questions at tw329@cam.ac.uk. Specific questions should be addressed to the relevant squad leader, for instance some technical training may not yet appear below - but this does not mean it isn’t happening!

5.00 - Full Club Track Session (first rep 5.25 - please be prompt!)


Tuesday

7.30am - MD steady run
5.00 - Horizontal Jumps Session at the track
Weights sessions in groups at pre-arranged times

Wednesday

5.00 - Grass Session at Churchill College fields (first rep 3.20)
5.15 - Grass Session at Parkers Piece
3.00 - Heavy throws at the track

Thursday
7.30am - MD steady run

3.00 - High Jump training at the track

4.30 - Full Club Circuits (at Fenners)
Friday

REST

Saturday 
12.30 - Full Club Training Session at the track
t.b.c. - Pole Vault at Lee Valley


Sunday

(Technical sessions tbc via squad lists)
10.00 - Heavy Throws at the track

Weight sessions in groups at pre-arranged times
