CUAC offers subsidised physiotherapy sessions every week for members, and free sports massages. These take place in the clubhouse with Richard Luddington of Fit Again Sports Therapy. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
CUAC Strength and Conditioning Sessions are ran at The University Sports Centre with the guidance of their Personal Trainers. The sessions are recommended to all athletes in the club and are tailored to each event.
Tuesday 4 pm --- Weights and Plyometrics
Thursday 5:30 pm --- Metabolic Conditioning
Weekly yoga sessions are also available, which focus on core strength and injury prevention as well as flexibility.
